End-to-end input from concept through to tender, including feasibility studies, technical ideation, ROM estimates, BoQs, AV briefs, contractor liaison, and pitch support. I can also contribute to internal pitch preparations or join client-facing meetings and pitches where helpful.

Technical Project Management
Supporting non-technical PMs with complex work streams such as AV integration, prototyping, or cross-disciplinary coordination. I can manage internal and freelance teams to meet their deliverables, advise on required skill sets required and scope translation, as well as draw on my network to scale projects. While comfortable producing in a traditional sense, I prefer an AV Technical Management role.

Technical Design
Solution architecting and technical design, typically as part of a larger team. My expertise spans creative activations, museums and heritage, visitor attractions, touring, and event broadcast. I’m open to lead technical design roles where required, including documentation and delivery.

R&D, Prototyping & Advisory
Advising on emerging technologies, running demos and shoot-outs, writing technical reports, and liaising with suppliers and academic partners. I have experience with R&D tax credit claims and have supported successful UKRI funding bids.
